Our sheet cakes are three layers of cake with two layers of mousse. We use only the finest ingredients and imported chocolates in our desserts. Our different cake and filling choices include:
Cake: Vanilla or Chocolate
Fillings: Vanilla Mousse, Chocolate Mousse, Strawberry Mousse, Raspberry Mousse, Vanilla Mousse with Fresh Strawberries (add $5), Cannoli Cream (add $10)
Icing: Vanilla Butter Cream, Chocolate Butter Cream
Carrot Cake and Cream Cheese (add $10)
We can also specialize your cake with Photo Images or DecoPac designs.
