• An order over $200 requires a 50% deposit when ordering
• Cancellations made less than 8 weeks prior to the event, deposit will be refunded less $100 administration fee
• A cancellation received less an 1 week before the event forfeits the deposit

• We still want you to have a beautiful, delicious cake within your budget and timeframe. Our team will work with you to meet your constraints.

• Pickup:
  • Only available during business hours
  • You pick up the food: specify Andover or Sparta store
  • Please indicate hot or cold pick up

  Drop-Off

  • Delivery is available; fee is determined by day, time, and distance to the location
  • We deliver to event location
  • You return the equipment back to us

  Full-Service

  • We Deliver, set-up, display
  • Our servers attend to filling and replacing food, as well as cleaning the location
  • Our servers return the items to Café Pierrot
  • You do not lift a finger

• 2 servers required for over 25 guests
• Due to liability, servers are not allowed to cook or serve any food items that are not prepared by Café Pierrot under any circumstances
• Café Pierrot is not able to provide bartending services due to liability. However, we can recommend several excellent bartending

• A Non-refundable deposit of $500 to confirm date
• Personal checks must be made 14 days prior to event
• Payments must be made in full 1 week prior to event
• For full service events, a service charge covers incidental costs from set-up to breakdown, staff and other services that make your event complete.

• A guaranteed minimum guest count is required with deposit to secure date
• After this date we will be glad to accommodate more guests if we are notified by 1pm 3 days prior to event services..
